DEEP﹛YIN﹜
Sink deep into yourself with these long holding poses designed for you to surrender, let go, unwind, and reset not just your body but your mind as well....and maybe your emotional body. This yin yoga style class focuses on the facia tissue of your muscles.
This style of class is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine which aims to stimulate the body's yin energy, and is associated with connective tissues, organs, breath, and stillness.
Meditation is included throughout class to build mindfulness. This class may require props such as blocks, bolsters
(pillows), stretching straps, and blankets.
YOGA SCULPT
